I hope to see some of the old timers here return.
I am now retired as of the end of August and on disability, I have missed so many of you here and I think about you often, I would love to see some of you come and join in here again. |

Hi Bree I will try and be here when I can. I am still working 40 hours a week, teaching at local college at their clinical sites, taking 2 online classes and selling Premier Jewerly now. So not alot of time to be online.

Right now Im recovering from ankle surgery that I had done on Dec 28. Hope everyone comes back and we are better than we've ever been! |

Ankle surgery? I hope you are doing ok, I know that can be very painful to recover from. I think we should have a pretty good turn out here, at least I hope so. |

I had a tendon/ligament tightened. I only had 5 external stitches. Im recovering but slowly. I have a walking cast not a fiberglass one thankfully. I can walk very very lightly on my foot. Basically I am only up to go to the bathroom and sometimes venture to the kitchen. For the most part my parents or Jenna bring me food. I have a cooler next to me of my drinks.
I go back to the Dr on 6th. I will then get new instuctions. I will also need physical therapy at some point. Its very painful to have foot surgery because of all the tendons/ligaments and muscles. Now I have pain from things recovering and things reacting to not being used for so long. *sigh* I'll get thru it though

One of the girls I used to work with, she had ankle surgery and wore a boot for awhile, it took her a few months with therapy before she could trust it enough to go without a cane.

Yeah i've been spending all my time in bed. Thankfully I have a laptop and not a desk top. I'd go insane! lol

My DH has a laptop which I'm using right now. It's a Toshiba and it's ok. I have a Dell downstairs (full PC) but it's ANTARCTICA down there as there's no heater. lol

LOL That's pretty cheap, I think. However, I haven't priced laptops or PCs. My 10-year-old uses our old crummy PC... it's so old it has Windows 98 Plus on it. No internet right now, but that's ok as I don't want him all over the web. He's quite naive.
