I should of gone to physical therapy after all of my ankle surgeries. I never listened. I finally did now. Im glad I did. I found out I have nerve damage in my
foot from scar tissues from pervious surgeries.
Physical Therapy went well. I have to go 3 times a week for 4 weeks. I have exercises to do at home. So my healing process is making process. I am only suppose to walk when neccessary. So basically for the next 4 weeks I'm still stuck in bed. *sigh*
Jason, my therapist is going to try and wean me from the walking cast and crutches as soon as possible. For that Im glad. The crutches dont bother me so much as the walking cast does.
